Dorina Lanza’s passion and experience is as a mentor to other coaches, mentors, experts, and enterepreneurs. Dorina believes that through Leadership, Mindset, Strategy, and Branding mentoring you can become unstoppable.

As a consultant, master business coach and mentor, Dorina is known for her ability to bring together teams of people and inspire them to perform at a level they never thought possible. She has also become known for her ability to create a compelling strategic vision that breaks new ground. Dorina has consulted with, coached and mentored thousands of people and corporations around the world over the last thirty years.

Dorina has been a keynote speaker at UMass Boston, Northeastern University, and Beta Gamma Sigma [BGS], the international honor society for business schools.  She has also been a keynote speaker at NuSkin Enterprises’ most recent Women’s Conference and served on the Distributor Advisory Board for NuSkin. Her ability to communicate with and educate business leaders led Dorina to be named as one of the top 25  trainers in the world by MLMInsider and to be featured in a number of international publications.

Dorina has over twenty years of success as Vice President of RossCrosslandWeston [now Mirus], a Boston Mergers and Acquisitions firm, and as a Senior Management Consultant at Arthur D. Little, Inc.

In her career in M&A, Dorina completed domestic and international transactions in industries including Medical, Luxury Goods, Semiconductor, and Light Manufacturing. At the time she was insurance and Series 7, 3 and 63 licensed. As a consultant, she specialized in Strategy Development and Implementation and Operations Consulting for domestic and international clients in industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Financial Services, Defense, Automotive, Semiconductor, Telecommunications, and Software.

To date, as a direct result of working with her, Dorina’s clients’ sales have increased by $2+ Billion dollars.

Before entering the business world, Dorina was an aeronautical engineer at Draper Lab [MIT] – yes, a Rocket Scientist!  Prior to that she was a Medical Physicist in the Radiation Oncology Department at Rhode Island Hospital. During this period she was on the Research Faculty at the Brown University Medical School. She was also on the adjunct faculty at Northeastern University for 20 years, first in the Mathematics Department and then in the Business School. She has published peer reviewed papers in medical and aeronautical engineering journals, some of which are still being cited.

She is bilingual in Italian and English and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish.

Dorina holds an MBA in Strategic Planning and International Business from Northeastern University where she was elected to Beta Gamma Sigma. She was a PhD Candidate in Applied Mathematics at Northeastern University where she finished all but the dissertation. She holds an MS in Mathematics from Northeastern University and a BA in Mathematics with Honor from Northeastern University. Dorina also holds a Certificate in Personal Financial Planning from the American College in Bryn Mawr, PA.

Dorina Lanza is also co-founder and CEO of LIM Software, LLC. NinGen, LIM’s first product, is the massively parallel build tool that eliminates the need for human-written build scripts. NinGen solves the $23+ billion “build tax” problem in the US alone. Internationally, the market savings are twenty-fold.

She is Founding President and Chairman of the Board of Beta Gamma Sigma [BGS] Boston. BGS is the international honor society founded to recognize and encourage scholarship and accomplishment in the field of business studies and has approximately 750,000 members worldwide. Dorina is also a Trustee of the Humane Society for Greater Nashua, the largest humane society in the state of New Hampshire.

Dorina is a Certified Pistol Instructor, Tactical Range Officer, Ski Instructor, and Pyrotechnician. She is a competitive sailor having sailed in the IOD World Championships and other international regattas.

In addition, Dorina studied piano at the New England Conservatory of Music under Miklos Schwalb.  She studied flute under John Sanroma’ who played regularly with Pablo Casals. She is known as an art collector and has lent a number of her pieces to the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, DeCordova Museum, and others. She is also a collector of gems, jewelry, and silver and was a silver and goldsmith. Her pieces and designs have been featured in numerous galleries.

Dorina was born in Italy, is married and has a daughter who graduated from Syracuse University in Computer Engineering and now works in her field.
